IBM and IEEE Announce Publishing Partnership
IEEE and IBM recently announced a publishing agreement to disseminate some of the leading technical articles and papers in computer hardware, software and information systems to a wider audience of researchers and interested readers around the world. The IBMJournal of Research and Development, which now includes the IBM Systems Journal, is one of the top-cited journals in the field and addresses the latest advancements in computer science.
